Welcome, this website provides information about the Conductive Education Unit at Naenae Primary.
This Unit is built up for children with
cerebral palsy.
This is the best school and special therapy place for your child. This school has a special Unit with big rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and it has a Multi Sensory Room for children with eye disorders. We have our own computer room and we're going to the Library often, because the children in this class love to read.
What are we doing? This Unit (Room7) belongs to Naenae Primary School and the children are able to go to mainstream or we can build up individual education plan for your child. We have a lovely, friendly and trained teacher. She is the best to meet and ask a lot of questions. We have a special therapist who works on the physical side and does a lot of physical activities with the children throughout the day. We are permanently doing therapy every day and every week during the year. We have lovely, dedicated and energetic helpers.
On 26 February 2008 we officially took over a new classroom next
to our C.E. Unit!
We take the children swimming, horse riding and we love to have lots of fun outside with other children. We have a tidy, big playground and beautiful soft grass.
